Vanilla Flavor Pancake Mix
Application A5110, Version: 020131
Mix for the preparation of American style soft pancakes. Just to add water, to mix and to fry. Ingredients:
Use: Pour the desired portion of the mix into the mixer bowl. For each 100 gr dry mix add 115 ml water or milk.
Mix well for one minute, until the lumps disappear. Fry in greased pan. Turn while bubbles appear and the bottom becomes golden-brown. Fry for 1-2 additional minutes, until well done.
