Description: 

Base 1 for Vanilla Flavor Pancake: Off-white powder. 
Base 2 for Vanilla Flavor Pancake: Colorless liquid. 

Application: 

  • Basic ingredients for the manufacturing of vanilla flavor pancake mix.
  • Contribute to the swelling and the texture of the final product.
  • Approximate Dosage:

    • Base 1 for Vanilla Flavor Pancake: 6.5 % of final product.
    Base 2 for Vanilla Flavor Pancake: 0.9 % of final product.
  • To be mixes with: Wheat flour, sugar, egg powder, dehydrogenated fat (m.p. 35-40°C), cornstarch, dextrose, Antioxidants Mix (I6180).
Ingredients: 

Base 1 for Vanilla Flavor Pancake: Leavening agents, emulsifiers, salt, oil, anticaking agents, antioxidants. 
Base 2 for Vanilla Flavor Pancake: Flavorings, propylene glycol, emulsifiers. 

Shelf life: 

At least 8 months in closed original package when stored in cool, dry and light-protected conditions. 

Packing: 

Base 1 for Vanilla Flavor Pancake: 25 Kg cartons with inner polyethylene bags. 
Base 2 for Vanilla Flavor Pancake: polyethylene containers.
