Description:
Mix for creamy French onion soup.
Ingredients:
Dehydrated onion, cornstarch, wheat
flour (contains gluten), dextrose, salt, dehydrogenated soy fat, sugar,
monosodium glutamate, milk solids, anticaking agent, spices, caramel food
color, vegetable protein hydrolyzate, yeast, emulsifiers, lecithin, flavor
enhancers, antioxidants.
Nutritional values per 100 ml ready
soup:
Protein - 0.4 gr, Carbohydrates -
6.3 gr, Fat - 1.6 gr, Sodium - 449 mg, Calories - 41.
Preparation of the final product:
Put 50 gr soup mix into a pot.
Add 500 ml cold water. Bring to boil, while stirring. Cover
and cook on low heat, for 15 minutes, while stirring once in a while.

flour, dextrose, salt, dehydrogenated soy fat, sugar, Base
for Onion Soup Mix A (B213A), monosodium glutamate, cream powder, tricalcium
